Hi there. Welcome to my simple but easy bathroom makeover. I have been wanting to do this little project since moving in, but haven’t really found the time or the energy. Because it is a rental there isn’t much I can do in the way of structural changes. So I have to be really smart and find easy ways to overcome some obstacles. Here are a few ideas I’ve been pinning for a while.

Below, I have a few ideas for accessories, in the way of knobs and candles. I have also changing my waste basins, with one or two of these styles, also doubling up as storage for my spare towels.

My first challenge will be the walls. While having the walls tiled from floor to ceiling, is great for cleaning, it doesn’t allow for hanging of towel rails and shelving. Stand alone units in the form of caddies, is an exciting option. I have also collected a number of little stools, nothing new, but loaded with character.
So I am thinking about these options:

As I felt the need to paint, and there not being any surfaces to paint other that the ceiling and washbasin cupboard I opted for the latter. Taking a color from the tile and because I love green in the bathroom, I chose a light green / sage, which I could paint over when we moved out. I also replaced the cupboard handle with a knob and new hinges.
I varied the tones of Green, by adding some beautiful plants in neutral planters.

Let your imagination carry you to your ideal space. What I have added to my bathroom can also be found in store. As usual, we love hearing from you, so please let us know about your simple Bathroom Makeover. Until next time, happy makeover.
